He was predeceased by: his father Richard Dambrowski. He is survived by: his mother Bonita Dambrowski; his sisters, Susan Jacobs and Diana Conrad (Clayton); his aunt Patricia; and his uncle Gary Burnett. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
