He was predeceased by : his parents, William McNeely and Alice McNeely (Connelly); and his siblings, Patricia Marshall, Thomas McNeely and Joan Crossley.

He is survived by : his wife Kathryn McNeely (Grimshaw); his children, Victoria Rowland (Michael) and Patrick McNeely (Heidi); and his grandchildren, Katrina Mahoney (Kevin), Timothy Rowland, Ethan Wrightman and Sydney McNeely. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family members.

Donations can be made to the Churchville Lions Club, Churchville Fire Department, or St. Martin de Porres Parish at St. Vincent de Paul church.
