It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marjorie Rose Matthews of Churubusco, New York, who passed away on February 11, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Trombley and Laura Trombley (Bushey); her son Leon Matthews; her grandson Jerry Matthews; her brothers, Laverne Trombley (Theolus) and Richard Trombley (Martha); and her siblings-in-law, David Malark, Kenneth Powers, Bernard Whalen, Roger Barcomb and Anne Trombley.
She is survived by: her husband Lester Matthews (Bill) of Churubusco; her son Steven Matthews (Marion) of Morrisonville; her grandchildren, Karie, Scott Matthews, Kim Wilson (Kevin), Billy, Brandon Matthews, Ashley Ribot (Jacob), Cameron Matthews and Cory Spoor; her great grandchildren, Milo, Mason, Maddox Wilson and Amaiya Ribot; and her siblings, Rita Malark, Thersea Powers, Beulah Whalen, Bertha Barcomb, Walter and Leonard Trombley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
