It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Seifert Schiffer of Claryville, New York, born in Teaneck, New Jersey, who passed away on March 12, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband H. Michael Schiffer; her daughter Elizabeth; her grandson Brendan O'Donnell; and her sister Dorothy Hafner. She is survived by: her sister Rosemary Clair. She is also survived by her 11 children and their spouses, 49 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren.

In her memory, donations may be made to the Schiffer Children's Reading Room at the Daniel Pierce Library, P.O. Box 268, 328 Main Street, Grahamsville, N.Y. 12740.
