He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry W. Croteau Sr. and Nancy Laura Breedlove; his wife Babs; and his siblings-in-law, Ralph Avery, Henri and Jennie Baxter.

He is survived by: his sister Dorothy Avery; and his sibling's children, Judy Snow, Nancy O'Day, Keith Avery, Sarah Baxter, Richard and Ruth Baxter.
