He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Tomchik and Mary Tomchik (Dzurkoc). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Tomchik (Netti) of Clay; his sisters, Maryjean Reid (Donald) and Patricia Czeizinger (Thomas); his siblings-in-law, Carol (David) and Thomas Netti (Debbie); his uncles, Joseph Dzurko (Deanna) and George Dzurkoc; his nephews, Thomas Czeizinger Jr., Timothy Jones (Sandy), Gregory Netti (Pam), Bryan Netti and David Netti; his great-nephew Matthew Jones; his great-niece Katie Netti; and his cousin Rev. William Donnelly. He is also survived by several cousins and friends.
