It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara S. Ryan of Clayton, New York, born in Berkshire, New York, who passed away on October 29, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Sharp and Leona Sharp; her spouse Gale C. Ryan; and her sibling Dorla Sharp. She is survived by : her children, Patrick Ryan of Falmouth, MA and Kelly Jo Smith; her granddaughters, Amanda (Brent), Pippa, Chelsea and Gemma; her great grandchild Stevie Rhea; and her siblings, Robert Sharp (June), Roger Sharp (Barbara), Lorraine Hobbie (Charles Gallia), Janet Ricci, Henry Sharp and Shirley Simmons. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name either to Skaneateles United Methodist Church, Skaneateles, NY or Hospice of Jefferson County, Watertown, NY.
