He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence F. Giles and Florence Giles (Walti); his wife Elizabeth J. Bungay (Betty) of Andrew's Episcopal Church; and his brother Rev. Walter E. Giles. He is survived by: his children, William F. Giles (Jane) of Jacksonville, FL, Thomas A. Giles (Peggy) of Chaumont and Julia Osmun-Giles (Andrew) of Syracuse; his grandchildren, Tejla, Daniel, Alexander and Samuel; his great grandchild Tevin; and his sister-in-law Patricia Giles of Watertown. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cummings Funeral Service, Inc. (320 John St, Clayton, NY 13624). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Christ Episcopal Church (235 John St, Clayton, NY 13624). A burial will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Brookside Cemetery (22527 Cook Rd, Watertown, NY 13601).
