He is survived by: his children, Carter, Chase and Ella; his parents, Tony Costantino (Stephanie) and Bonnie Willard (Korey); and his siblings, Hilary Spencer (Paul), Carrie Diozzi (Joseph), Tyler Willard, Wyatt Costantino and Travis Costantino.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Cummings Funeral Service, Inc. (320 John St, Clayton, NY 13624). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (Clayton Cemetery) (521 James St, Clayton, NY 13624). A burial will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at the Clayton Cemetery.
