He was predeceased by: his parents, Orlo "Bud" and Luella Nesbitt Marriott; his stepparents, Harold "Bing" Burns and Ellen Marriott; and his half-sister Ann Marriott.

He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Schultz; his stepdaughter Kimberly Cartaya-Marchesani (Chuck); his grandchildren, Franchesca, Genevieve Cartaya and Melissa Marchesani Server; his stepdaughter Tracy Coman Turner (Ron); his grandchildren, Troy Kilian, Riley Kilian, Remi Turner, Brandon Turner and Victoria Turner; his stepson Todd Coman (Leman); his grandchildren, Justin Coman and Jandea Percem; his daughter Lynda Marriott Dermady (Michael); and his grandchildren, Michael and Sarah Dermady.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his name may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 411 W. Kirkpatrick St., Syracuse, NY 13204.
