He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward McDonnell and Amelia McDonnell (Whalen). He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his siblings, Dellajean Herrewyn (Neil), Mark McDonnell (Mary) and Ellen Nicpon (Andy); his children, Tim (Jess Schor) and Kelly (James Nance); and his grandson Frederick "Fritz" McDonnell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Bowen & Parker Bros. Funeral Home (97 Old Loudon Rd, Latham, NY 12110).
