He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Law and Mary Law (McGrath); his daughter Amy; and his sister Kathryn "Kay" Wright (late Roy). He is survived by : his wife Roberta; his children, Jack II, James (Allison) and Kristin (Sherman); his grandchildren, Max, Seth, James, Maeve and Will; and his sisters, Barbara Healey (Joseph), Linda Law, Christine Barnes Ostrander (Ed) and Margaret "Margie" Perilstein (Dave). He is also survived by 17 nieces and nephews, several great-nieces, great-nephews and numerous cousins.
