With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Y. DePorter Barton (Clifton Springs, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 6, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Arthur Kent and Bertha Eugenia Fitchpatrick; her husbands, Alphonse DePorter Jr. and George Barton; and her close friend John Doyle.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas DePorter (Kerri), Alphonse DePorter III (Rhonda), Michelle Peters (Timothy), Katherine Brennan (Jim) and Mary DePorter (Timothy); and her grandchildren, Matthew, Adam, Samuel, Nicholas, Derrick, Jessa, Brynn, Brett, John, Jacob and Marki.
