He is survived by : his children, Rachelle Murphy of Lyons and Brett Cheney of Vermont; his father Tom Cheney; his siblings, Teresa McKenzie (Terry), Ellen Luppino (John), James Cheney (Dawn), Peter Cheney (Sharon) and Luz; and his nieces and nephews, Natalia and Yesly. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
