Middlebrook (Clifton Springs, New York), born in Rome, New York, who passed away on April 4, 2018, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his mother Patricia Russell Middlebrook; his siblings, Rusty Middlebrook (Michelle Pierce), Casey Middlebrook (Robyn Lannon) and Sheila Middlebrook (Scott Burkett); and his nieces and nephews, Amber (Ian Benedict), Emily, Sarah, Elliana, Patrick, McKenna, Nolan, Braylan and Jameson.
