It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shawn Gedney of Clifton Springs, New York, born in Newark, New York, who passed away on December 20, 2020, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Mary Ann Fagner, Hollis Powell, Ernie Fagner and Douglas Roy Gedney. He is survived by : his mother Audrey Powell Gedney; his children, Alicia, Sheldon and Brandon Gedney; his father Bill Gedney; his brother Jeremy Gedney (Tonya Backus); his close friend Stephhi Mogan; and his grandmother Helen M. Gedney. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins and many friends.

Masks and social distancing will be required.
