He was predeceased by: his parents, Gino Zampa and Lena Zampa; his sister Janet Albertini; and his brother-in-law Raymond Sr.. He is survived by: his husband Thomas DeSain; his children, Andrea Petrus (late Charles) of Clyde, N. Y. and Jay DeSain (Jennifer) of Fla; his grandchildren, Richard (Joanna), Adrianna, Marissa, Rocco Petrus, Nick, Vincent, Giulietta DeSain, Paul, Jack and Adelaide; his siblings, Gino Zampa (Virginia), Gail Malone and Jeri Werner; and his brother-in-law Jim Werner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
