Rumph (Cobleskill, New York), born in Albany, New York, who passed away on March 9, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Ivan Schaffer and Cecelia Schaffer (Smegoski); and her brothers, David Schaffer (Phyllis) of Cobleskill and Daniel Schaffer of Warnerville. She is survived by : her husband Arthur K. Rumph, Sr.; her children, Arthur K. Rumph, Jr. (Dawn) of York, SC, Kelly Gaida (Matthew) of Richmondville and Julie Rumph of Arlington, VA; her stepgrandchildren, Ethan and Mikayla Gaida; her siblings, Andrew Schaffer (Patricia) of Florida, Joanne Vachon of Florida, Michael Schaffer of Delhi, NY and Melinda Scorzelli of Florida; her cousin Kim Kerr of Cobleskill; and her close friends, Sandy Nolte of Cobleskill and Carol Marshal of Worcester.
