Cook (Cohocton, New York), born in Scio, New York, who passed away on October 28, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Alfred Ellsworth and Edith Ellsworth; her parents-in-law, Lilah Waydelis and William C. Cook Sr.; and her children, Patti Ann, Joel Robert and Thomas Maurice.
She is survived by : her husband William C. Cook of Cohocton, NY.; her children, Bill Cook (Kim), Steve Cook (Lorraine) and Cheryl Cook; her grandchildren, Beth Adams (Mike), Billy Cook (Jill), Sarah Zeh (Caleb), Cody, Jason, Maisy and Emily Cook; her great grandchildren, Kyle, Kenyon, Kaitlynn Adams, Alex, Lilah, Billy Cook, Beau, Luke, Hawk and Jemma Zeh; and her brother Robert Ellsworth.
