With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karen M. Snowman of Cohocton, New York, born in Olean, New York, who passed away on April 2, 2021 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Carl Flickner and Betty Flickner (Isaman); and her son-in-law Matthew Schwartz. She is survived by : her husband Thomas Snowman of Cohocton; her children, Jennifer Schwartz of Cohocton, Thomas Snowman (Rebecca) of Culpeper, VA, David Snowman (Cherry) and Elizabeth Green (Andre) of Cohocton; her grandchildren, Madelyn (Matt), Emily, Logan, Evan, Rachel, Samantha, Braden, Madison, Carissa, Arianna, DeAndré and Malyiah; her great grandchildren, Louie and Andrew; her siblings, Harold Flickner (Cheryl) of Dansville and Shirley Rawleigh (Dennis) of Canaseraga; her sister-in-law Susan Knapp (Jim Sterns) of Canisteo; and her aunt Donna Recktenwald of Dansville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Facial covering, social distance and no contact policies will be in effect. Karen's funeral service will be private for her family due to the ongoing pandemic.
