She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas VanSleet and Agnes Casey VanSleet; her husband Raymond E. Bouleris; and her siblings, Marjorie Dudar, Florence E. Van Sleet, Thomas S. VanSleet and William M. VanSleet.
She is survived by : her child Thomas H. Bouleris (Audra) of Waterford. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
