He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward W. Price and Theresa Nikischer Price; and his siblings, Robert and Mary Theresa. He is survived by : his wife Susan E. Price of Colonie; his son Edward III; his granddaughter Sofia of Colonie; and his son Brian (Jennifer) of Niskayuna.
