We are sad to announce that on August 29, 2023 we had to say goodbye to James P. O'Hare of Colonie, New York, born in Albany, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, John C. Sr. O'Hare and Myrtle E. O'Hare (Green); and his siblings, Jayne, Michael, Brian and Mary Ellen.

He is survived by : his children, Patrick (Val) of Altamont, Ryan (Jen) of Niskayuna and Kerry (Bill) of Colonie; his grandchildren, Shane, Kaitlyn, Ella, Liam and Colin; his former life partner Sue O'Hare of Colonie; his siblings, Jack O'Hare, Dennis O'Hare (Barbara), Pat Casey, Dottie O'Hare, Nancy Jensen, Ginger Fisher (Mike) and Joe O'Hare (Patty); and his brother-in-law Edward Cross.

The Rite of Committal will be held at St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands, NY immediately following the Mass.

In keeping with Jim's spirit of giving, in lieu of flowers donations can be made to; Boys and Girls Club, United Way, Equinox, or a charity of your choice.
