He was predeceased by: his son Randy. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his daughter Robin (Thomas Hurley) of Wheatfield, NY; his grandchildren, Logan and Quinn Hurley; and his sisters, Susan and Roxann. He is also survived by his sister-in-law.

Memorial donations in Terry's memory can be made to Hospice and Palliative Care or to the Colton Fire Department or Rescue Squad.
