He is survived by: his parents, Margaret Church and Rector Church of St. Ann; his children, Silver Beaver Award, Kathleen Manafort (Paul) of Florida, Thomas of Newburgh, NY, Jay (Irene) of California and Randy (Stacy) of East Hampton; his grandchildren, Collin, Jessica, Patrick, Andrea, Ella, Ronan and Nora; his great grandchildren, Baylor and Bingham; his brother Thomas (Ethel) of Glen Cove; and also Episcopal Church.
