He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Finney and Fayetta Finney; his siblings, Norma Van Hart (Harold), Wilma Hanyon (Walter) and Alan Finney (Della); his grandsons, Ian and Matthew Finney; and his nephew David Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Connie, Thomas (Cindy) and Michael (LuAnne); his grandchildren, Lauren Sheehan (Matthew), Gina Godbout (Dennis), Sarah Finney, Lora Moliterni (Mitchell) and Samuel Finney; and his great grandchildren, Ryan and Maxwell Sheehan. He is also survived by several in-laws and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Don's name may be made to Conklin Forks United Methodist Church, 4420 Brady Hill Road, Binghamton, NY 13903.
