It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Kolodziejczyk of Constantia, New York, who passed away on November 20, 2021, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Thaddeus "Ted" and Dolores Kolodziejczyk; and his brother-in-law Mike Craven. He is survived by : his wife Cathy J. Kelley; his children, Nicole Kolodziejczyk and Todd Kolodziejczyk; and his siblings, Ted Kolodziejczyk, Janice Essary (John) and Denise Craven. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
