He was predeceased by: his parent Joseph Garner. He is survived by: his parent Anna Garner (Vinson); his siblings, Robert J. Garner (Jennifer) of Crozet, VA and Marlene St; and his siblings' children, Samantha Gulisano (Brandon), Ryan St, Sadie Garner and Lydia Garner.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the charity of one's choice.
