She is survived by: her parents, Richard O'Lenick of Corning and Patricia O'Lenick of Corning; her siblings, Allison Kittner (Critter) of Coopers Plains, Carrie O'Lenick of Nashville, TN and Chad Willsey; her siblings' children, Paisley Grace Kittner, Cali Ann Abell, Haley Willsey and Hudson Christopher Kittner; her uncles, Mary Anne Hagerman (Punk), Kathy Enderle, Michael Pavlick (Kay), Paul Pavlick, Gail Stuart, Patricia Bell (John) and Thomas O'Lenick; her grandparents, Sis Krebs and Don Krebs; and her significant other Edward V. Dollard.
