He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony V. Franklin and Margaret Franklin (Henry); his brother Vincent L. Franklin; and his niece Alannah Franklin. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Theresa P. Franklin of Cornwall, NY; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Maeve, Mairead, Clare, Rowan and Liam; and also, Margaret (Franklin), Jim Gawryszewski, Patricia (Franklin) and Tim Heinze.
