He was predeceased by: his wife Christine Niederhofer Truex. He is survived by: his sons, Mark Truex (Diane) of Cortland and Alan Truex (Erin) of Syracuse; his grandchildren, Nolan, T. J., Kate and Owen Truex; and his siblings, Gary Truex (Cindy) of Minnesota, Linda Demleim (Joseph) of Auburn, NY and Kevin Truex (Debbie) of Port Byron, NY.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Donald L. Barber Funeral Home (5016 US-11, Homer, NY 13077). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions in Mr. Truex's name may be directed to the charity of one's choice.
