He was predeceased by: his parents, Timothy Sullivan and Kathryn Sullivan; and his brother-in-law David Smithies. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Caitlin Smith (Brian) and Kyle Sullivan (Rachel); his grandchildren, Ava, Lucas, Marley and Joanna; and his sisters, Deirdre Smithies, Lori Marchione and Erin Goldstein. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Clark & Giordano Funeral Home (2104 Saw Mill River Rd, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church (1377 E Main St, Shrub Oak, NY 10588). A burial was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery (10 W Stevens Ave, Hawthorne, NY 10532).
