He was predeceased by : his parents, Lucille O'Byrne and Harold O'Byrne; his son Patrick; and his brothers, Harold (Skip) and Daniel.

He is survived by : his former life partner Chickie; his son Adam Kilmer; his sister Nancy McKenna (Rob) of Delmar; his niece Tory; his nephew Rob III; and also, Abi McDonald (Parker) and Libby.

His family suggests memorial donations to Post 1219 American Legion, PO Box 203, Tillson, NY 12486.
