He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Blaszak. He is survived by: his children, Lynn Surman and Edward J. Blaszak Jr. (Alison); and his grandchildren, Robert (Alyssa), Clarissa Wagner (Leigh), Cassondra, Brandon, Dalton and Austin (Sharon). He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
