She was predeceased by: her parents, William Nowakowski and Martha Kozubska; her husband Edward P Burek; her siblings, Raymond C Nowakowski and Dorothy Ziolkowski; and her grandchildren, Shawn A Burek and Rachellyn G Burek.
She is survived by: her children, Edward P. Burek, Catherine A Gildner (Keith), Robert A Burek (Georgia), John A Burek (Loraine), Michael W Burek (Kimberly), Paul C Burek (Brandy) and Steven A Burek; and her grandchildren, Victorya, Whitney, Kelli, John Jr., Ashley, Joseph, Evan, Christopher, Stephanie, Benjamin, Taylor and Tanner. She is also survived by 12 Great-Grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
