He was predeceased by: his son Ray Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Joan Kissell; his children, William Kissell, Deb Kissell-Nye and Jim Kissell; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Bill, Jennifer, Kevin, Savannah, Jimmy, Dustin and Derek; and his siblings, Hallock, Edward (Hilda) and David Kissell (Susie). He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Upstate NY Chapter (Rochester) at PO Box 289, Canton, MA 02021 in honor of Skip's father, granddaughter and niece.
