He was predeceased by: his parents, Max W. and Mary S. Weinert. He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his sons, Todd (Jennifer Fountain) of Sarasota and Matthew (Viet Dinh) of Newark, Delaware; his stepchildren, Gabrielle VanGurp, Danielle Churchill-Scaperotti of Menands and Ben Kurdt of Albany; his sisters, Diane Grego of Cohoes and Ann VanDervort of Delmar; his grandchildren, Corinna, Jordan and Christopher of Florida; his great grandchild Ryann of Florida; and his siblings' children, Arianna Hirschman, Regina Grego of Cohoes and Michael Maguire. He is also survived by six step grandchildren.
