He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. Divney and Marion Divney; his son Timothy; and his siblings, Jackie Divney, Marion Nemeth (Larry), Thomas Divney (Doris) and Barbara Miller (Larry).
He is survived by: his wife Diane Marie Vivlamore; his children, Brian (Lucia) of Eastchester, Gary (Carmen) of Cortlandt Manor, Susan Moro (Charlie) of White Plains and Craig (Christine) of Wappingers Falls; his grandchildren, Cailin, Abigail and Billy; and his pet Ike.
