It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary K. Santella of Croton on Hudson, New York, who passed away on July 22, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Mary may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Mary touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Reid and Rose Reid (Clark); and her husband Benny. She is survived by: her children, Benny, Jr. (Karen), John (Lynn), Joseph and Patricia Martinson (Ron). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and 12 greatgrandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mary Church (110 Grand St, Croton-On-Hudson, NY 10520). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in her honor to St Jude's Children's Hospital or the American Cancer Society.
