Matthew Peter Sorenson Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 6, 2025, at the age of 41, Matthew Peter Sorenson (Croton on Hudson, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Andrew; his grandparents, Raymond, Dorothy Sergel, Fred Sr. and Myrtle Sorenson; his aunt Noreen Walsh; and his uncle John Black.
He is survived by: his parents, Fred Andrew Jr. and Lynn Ann Sorenson (Sergel); his sister Jessica Ann Sorenson; his girlfriend Eileen Hecker; his aunts, Diane Scialo (Gerry), Gail McDonald and June Sorenson; and his cousins, Stephanie, Marshall, Casey (Kallin), Michael and Karen (David). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, neighbors, and beloved pets.
