He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Colombo and Frances Colombo; and his wife Karen Colombo. He is survived by: his son Chris Colombo (Carrie Howe); his grandchildren, Ashley Colombo and Christopher Colombo, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Jaida and Amina; and his siblings, Frank Colombo, Anne O'Brien and Charlene Carlson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mary Church (110 Grand St, Croton-On-Hudson, NY 10520). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Samuel's memory may be made to the Harry Chapin Run Against Hunger, a cause that meant so much to him.
