He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Allen and Lillian Allen (Dougherty); and his brothers, Levi Allen Jr. and Ronald Allen. He is survived by: his children, Lori Mosher (Fred Witz), Doug Allen (Nicole), Natalie Allen and Jon Allen (Shyra); his grandchildren, Corrin Allen, Rudolf Vorsteveld, Kiera, Mara Allen, Callie and Gabbie Allen (Judy Stock); and his friends, Jim Russell, Larry Collins and Bud Putnam.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Harland Funeral Home (4279 Main St, Port Henry, NY 12974). A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the White Church Cemetery.
