He is survived by: his stepfather Leonard Butler; his daughters, Christina Bishop (Alfred) of Roulette, PA and Dalelynn Butts of Phoenix, AZ; and his brothers, Wayne Butts of Cuba and Steve Butts of Cincinnati, Ohio.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
