With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eleanor M. Wagner in Cuba, New York, who passed away on July 30, 2020 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Carl D. Wagner; and her brother Eldyn DeGroff. She is survived by: her daughters, Hollis, Barbara Knapp of Friendsville, TN, Mary Seigel (Russ) of Cuba and Holly Buddell (William) of Friendship; and her siblings, Clyde DeGroff (Ruth) of Bancroff, Wisconsin, Shirley Hebdon of Springville and Kathie Fish (Alan) of Great Valley. She is also survived by five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
