He was predeceased by: his siblings, James Dean, Grant Dean, Alice Langdon, Alberta Main and Frances Dean.
He is survived by: his parents, Cloyd L. and Grace Ellison Dean; his spouse Pauline Bidwell; and his children, Alvin J. Dean (Kristine) of Utica, John Dean of Cuba Lake, Vicki Schleigh (Jim) of Cuba and Bonnie Richmond (Monte) of Cuba. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
