He is survived by: his wife Diane E. Fleming; his daughters, Karen Slater (Phillip) of Salamanca and Kasey Diaz (Johnny) of Alfred Station; his grandchildren, Kyleigh, Sophie, Nina, Eva and Owen; his sister Cheryl R. Tanner of Franklinville; his nephews, Clay Tanner and Joe Skeels; his niece Elizabeth Campbell; and his pet Mack. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Cattaraugus County Meals on Wheels or to Empire Animal Rescue Society (EARS) in Salamanca.
