She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Niel and Edna May Rasmusen (Ingelby); her son Dean G. Violet; and her siblings, Ellen Mathews, Donna Johnson and Kim Niel Rasmusen.
She is survived by: her husband Charles W. Violet; her children, Teri Lynn Violet of Wellsville and Michael S. Violet of Napa, Calif.; her sisters, Sharyn Hubert (Gene) of Vallejo and Tye Loren Long (Ron) of Seattle, Wash.; her grandchildren, Saira Violet, Rachael Violet, Bryce Cilvick (Kayla) and Micah Olsen (Nick); and her great grandchildren, Ethan Brammer, Eva Brammer, Cooper Olsen and Zander Olsen.
