He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard H. Truax, and Laura M. Truax, Sr. (Spencer); his wife Ruby E. Gore; his great grandchild Teagan Oliver Michael Fox; and his siblings, John Truax, Phillip Truax and Patricia Drake.
He is survived by: his children, Ronald Truax (Aprille) of Clarksville, Rhonda Carrier (Daniel) of Cuba and Rachelle Evans of Cuba. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.
