With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard H. Truax Jr. (Cuba, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 9, 2025 at the age of 93. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard H. Truax Jr. to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard H. Truax, and Laura M. Truax, Sr. (Spencer); his wife Ruby E. Gore; his great grandchild Teagan Oliver Michael Fox; and his siblings, John Truax, Phillip Truax and Patricia Drake.
He is survived by: his children, Ronald Truax (Aprille) of Clarksville, Rhonda Carrier (Daniel) of Cuba and Rachelle Evans of Cuba. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mark F. Rinker Funeral Home & Memorial Service, Inc. (9 Bull, Cuba, NY 14727). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Mark F. Rinker Funeral Home (9 Bull, Cuba, NY 14727).
