He was predeceased by: his parent RJay Clark. He is survived by: his mother June Blakeslee Clark; his sons, Ervin Clark (Kathy) of Machias, Daniel Clark (Missi) of Perrysburg and Samuel Clark (Monica) of Rushford; and his sisters, Dianna Swain (Jim) of Rushford and Melody Clark Smith (Clarence) of Rushford. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
