He is survived by: his wife Velma Kelley; his children, Frank Kelley (Tammie), Dawn Kelley-Cowher (Darrin), Jerry Kelley (Nikki Briggs), Mark Kelley (Karla), Brian Willetts and Cindy Wickstrom; his grandchildren, Alycia Frost (Geoffrey), Ashton Kelley, Darrin Cowher (Tyler), Lindsay Wellwood (Matthew), Kelley Kubasti, Kayla Kelley, Kristin Kelley, Brook Kelley, Noah Kelley (Jaelyn Bennett), Logan Kelley, Mark Kelley Jr., Cristal Willetts, Jeremy Willetts Jessica Willetts, Brian C. Willetts, Megan Willetts of Ronald Willetts, JR and Ashley Willetts; and his siblings, Wilson Morales, Mary Cross and Val Morales. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
